We do not send uploaded images, image filenames, selected regions, account credentials, or payment information to these analytics tools.
5. Payment Information — Billing details handled by trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Uploaded Image Retention

Uploaded originals and generated results are kept in private task storage only to process your edit and let you review and download it. Each task expires 24 hours after upload. Once it expires, the task is no longer accessible through the service, and the stored task files are removed during the next cleanup pass. Cleanup may happen shortly after the 24-hour expiry point.

To process an edit, we send the source image and editing mask to APIMart for the APIMart path. The manga experiment may instead send the source image and selected manga cleanup mode to RunningHub. APIMart and RunningHub may process and temporarily store this content as described in their respective privacy policies and terms. The 24-hour expiry above applies to RemoveTextPro's own task storage and is not a promise about either provider's or any underlying model provider's retention.

How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the service.
• Process transactions and send related confirmations.
• Send technical notices, security alerts, and support messages.
• Respond to your questions, feedback, and support requests.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud and abuse.
• Measure anonymous product-funnel events such as upload, text selection, processing success, and download. These events do not include image content or direct identifiers.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in these limited cases:

• With service providers who help us operate the service, including Apimart or RunningHub for requested image processing and Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for aggregate analytics, under their applicable terms and privacy commitments.
• To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
• To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.
